'Lux Tenebras' is a concept album inspired by the dramatic events that scarred Southern France during the Middle Ages !

The Albigensian Crusade ( around 1209 CE) was the 1st crusade to specifically target heretic Christians : the Cathars of Southern France. Wary of materialism and with their own churches & followers of all social classes they were a dangerous threat to the authority of the Catholic Church and massacres, burnings and mutilations happened everywhere in the South. Heretics believed that an Evil Force (either a fallen angel-Satan- or an eternal evil God ) had created the material world...
